As electronic parts and components for communications and information devices become increasingly sophisticated, greater precision is required of molds. In advance of others in the industry, NEXUS has introduced CAD/CAM systems to achieve micron-scale precision. To produce molds of highly stable accuracy and molds that will not easily break, we employ cutting-edge technologies to ensure high dimensional accuracy and determine optimal location and size of runner and gate, as well as and advanced cooling method. These efforts are motivated by our sense of responsibility, and out belief that the quality of the mold determines the quality of the products. In future, we plan to expand out insert molding business and commence the production of stamping dies to meet our customers' requests. We will continue to do our utmost to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and confidence, with our integrated system supporting the entire process, from mold manufacture to molding mass production.
